Go to the front desk of your primary gym and we’ll add it to your billing profile! You’ll be billed on the 16th of every month.

Head to the front desk and say you’ve purchased a “Link Up Pass”. Front desk staff will get you sorted. From then on out, you’ll be able to check in as a regular member.

• If your primary membership is at VW, use the membership change request form.

• If your primary membership is at Uplift, use the Approach Support Request.

Whichever gym you climb at most regularly! The intent is for customers to maintain their primary membership at the gym they most often visit, and that the add-on is for secondary use. We’ll be auditing usage patterns regularly.

Uplift and Vertical World have long supported each other’s members and staff. This partnership formalizes a natural connection that already exists between our communities. Both Uplift and Vertical World are family-owned businesses, rooted in the belief that climbing gyms are more than just facilities — they’re community hubs where climbing is the vehicle by which people move and grow. 

VW offers multiple locations of full-service gyms that have large lead and top-rope walls, kids areas, and classes. Uplift offers a try-hard centric bouldering experience, with a 2.5 week route turnover and a training-centric space. Choosing one gym over the other is hard, when both are great options. Now you can have both!

It’s an experiment! We’re really excited about this offering, but there’s lots of kinks to work out from two completely separate entities working together like this. We’ll be regularly re-evaluating the program to make sure it functions the way we intend. In that same vein, we welcome user feedback!
